  1. Ugh. My experience was not fun. It was really awkward and hard to shop when being followed around the whole time.
At self checkout the lady removing the security tags had zero communication, I ended up with two receipts for my items because things were getting mixed up.
Then she calls a manager over, speaks in Spanish to him about me “stealing”. The item number is on the top of the receipt by the way. I don’t steal anything, ever. But she totally took my sunglasses, that I just paid for, and after several attempts asking for them back I gave up on them… Come on now….
Manager corrects self checkout lady, who would not speak to me at all. I don’t know what their deal was…

  2. They have some of the best deals for irregular items. I usually shop Ross for the regular flavored Aloe Vera juice as I cannot find it anywhere else (Target, Walmart, etc.)

  3. First time visitng. Everything was fine but the women’s fitting room was f i l t h y. I visited early Monday morning pretty much as it opened. Aside from the floors looking smeared with… possibly sweaty foot smears and tags and trash on the floor, the walls looked pretty bad too. I tried clothes on with extra caution. At the entrance area of the fitting room there was also a huge pile of swept up trash and dust. Stayed there the entirely of my visit.

  4. Dress for Less… Her name doesn’t match, her clothes are expensive. Their service is bad and people discriminate against anyone who looks Latino. They speak Spanish and pretend that they don’t speak it by speaking in English, so I heard some insults from the employees in English because I was speaking Spanish, the service and attention is terrible. The clothes are too ugly.

Ross needs to pay up and hire more employees. They definitely don’t have enough ppl to keep up with messy customers.

I used to looooove going to Ross, great clothes and accessories at a great deal. But somewhere along the line they had a switchup. Now you have to actually wait for security to let you in… (For the safety of the staff) even when they are almost empty. When you get inside, the place is just a hot mess. Clothes are strewn about everywhere, nothing is organized, things are all over the floor, and it looks like an indoor swap meet… but messier. And after checking out, you just walk right out. I feel like they have things backwards, if you are concerned for your staff and your product, shouldn’t you have security at the EXIT door? Checking receipts and then letting you out? Because that seems to be the problem. You screen everyone to get in, but get robbed everyday because people can just walk right out. Ill save my frustrations and go to Burlington.

I bought a rug from Ross for our new home. It was rolled up and I stuck it in the corner until the room I bought it for was ready. When I laid it out, it still had a security tagged attached. This rug was very inexpensive, only $15, which is a great deal. I took it back to the store to have the security device removed and they refused to remove it since I no longer had my receipt. I offered my card to look up the purchase and that was not an option. Anyway, just forewarning, check your items for these so you aren’t inconvenienced by their mistakes as well. Guaranteed other stores would not treat their customers like they are thieves over a $15 rug.

Don’t like the fact that you have to wait in line to get into the store, but other than that the surface is good. Have a nice selection. The story is not messy which is the best part I love about going to this location.

This is a large store with a wide selection of merchandise. The store is divided into several departments, including men’s, women’s, children’s, home goods, and beauty. The store also has a clearance section where you can find deeply discounted items.

The prices at Ross Dress for Less are very reasonable. You can find brand-name items for a fraction of the price you would pay at a traditional department store. For example, I recently bought a pair of Nike sneakers for $40, which is a significant discount from the regular price of $80.

The quality of the merchandise at Ross Dress for Less is generally good. The clothes are well-made and the home goods are durable. However, it is important to note that some of the items at Ross Dress for Less may be discontinued or overstocked. If you are looking for a specific item, it is always a good idea to check the store’s website before you go.

The customer service at Ross Dress for Less is generally good. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they are always willing to answer any questions you may have. I have never had a bad experience with the customer service at Ross Dress for Less.

Overall, I would recommend Ross Dress for Less to anyone looking for a discount department store. The store has a wide selection of merchandise, the prices are very reasonable, and the quality of the merchandise is generally good. I have never had a bad experience with Ross Dress for Less, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Here are some of the pros and cons of Ross Dress for Less:

    Pros:

Wide selection of merchandise Reasonable prices Good quality merchandise Friendly and helpful staff Cons:

Some items may be discontinued or overstocked Store can be crowded Long lines at checkout

Good deals with discounts on Tuesdays for seniors. Good selection of clothes, kitchen utensils, and yard items. Many people just walk in, fill backpacks with items and walk out without paying. Two while I was there in 30 minutes. Nothing is done so eventually cautious

When I went into this Ross I was kind of taken back by how much security they had needed to add. It’s understandable that now in Albuquerque there’s a lot of merchandise theft and that’s definitely a problem. However the security guards we’re not overtly aggressive or watchful in an uncomfortable way. It seemed like they really know this area and understand the people that come in and take merchandise unlawfully. Overall it was a positive experience and I found a really cool cowboy shirt that I got to wear while going horseback riding with my family. I hope everybody else is experience going to this Ross is a good one as well.

The selection is real good. But my turn off to this Ross, is the bathroom, the most disgusting filfy. No soap no paper towels. Bathroom stinks like it hadn’t been clean in days, weeks. Staff was not very cooperative either.

This place is trash now. Went there and had to wait “a few seconds” that literally did nothing and changed no difference what’s so ever aside to make people more irate from the heat probably. They didnt even have anything good to buy so clearly nobody wants to even steal your ugly goodwill donations.
