4 months agoEverytime I take my teenage daughter shopping at this location the dreadfull woman at the fitting rooms, stares at us as if we were a couple of hardened criminals waiting for us to steal something. I have lived in the area for 25yrs. And never have i encounted such a horrible shopping experience! This woman should be fired! This Las time she was so terrible I put down all my items and left immediately! She made my daughter cry with her comments about how she should conduct herself in the jewelry department and purses! As if theres a wrong way to shop here!?! Horrible dreadful woman!!2 weeks agoGreat place to find colognes at the best price!!5 years agoGreat new location. Store just opened last Thursday 8-17-17. I came to look for travel essentials for my upcoming trips via airline. I found exactly what I needed all for aprox. $120.00. I needed leak proof travel containers for my liquids and found them for the cheapest price I hv seen even online (near the cashier area). I needed a personal carry-on bag, and found a great travel bookbag with lots of compartments $39.99 (near the mens and travel stuff). I needed packing cubes and found them as well for fraction of the prices online $14.99 (near the mens and travel stuff) . Found a nice slim waist wallet for my cards and travel ticket stuff for under $8.00 (near the cashier area). This store also have tiny travel locks with keys, 2 for $5.99 for ur travel bags if ur interested. Lots of travel size liquids, under 3.4oz. The store has many items sold here of course, like cloths, purses, pefumes, household items, shoes, to kids stuff and travel items. Great place 2 find deals but u better act fast cause when its gone who knows if or when they will get it again.. I shared pics of the items I bought today. Great Buy!! a month agoThey always have a nice selection of goodies to choose from. Prices are reasonable. I found a couple items here on clearance that I liked as well. Definitely worth stopping in. Although sometimes they run short on cashiers.5 months agoMost horrible shopping experience I have ever had today. I will never shop at this location again! Here it is 2023 and you still have people following and profiling black people in the store. I have been coming to this location the past two years shopping regularly and today by far was the worst shopping day I’ve ever had. Me and my daughter went to this location to purchase a new water bottle but before I grabbed the water bottle I wanted to browse the store. I found a few other things I wanted to buy but as I was shopping I noticed that I was being stared at and followed by the employees. As I was looking for my size in the women’s department the camera sounded off saying welcome to the beauty department indicating they were heavily watching me. Not one employee greeted me or asked if I needed help yet they were following me and looking at me to the point I became upset and uncomfortable. At the checkout the cashier lowered the volume of her headset to tell me that if I needed to return the bra that I would need to make sure all original tags were on the item. I have never been told that my entire time ever shopping this store. That indicated to me that the person who was watching me on camera told her to tell me that from her headset. She never asked me to apply for the card which that is usually what they always say before the transaction is completed. I am utterly disgusted by this behavior and I will not shop here again. To feel uncomfortable and unwelcome I wasn’t appreciated for spending my money I will not shop here. I never thought that I would have to tell a story about shopping while black in America. I do have a large following on my social media platforms and I will be posting about the disgusting people Marshall’s have working for them and the fact that black people isn’t welcome to shop in this location!2 months agoStore was nice and pleasant, and the staff is friendly. Prices are generally good.7 months agoThe prices are definitely better than department stores, however since Burlington and Ross are right next door, and they’ve started getting much better quality items in stock so they’re really giving Marshall’s a run for their money lately. Since you can get the same quality items just a lot cheaper at Burlington and Ross. All the employees are super friendly and helpful. I’ve only come across one manager (I think), a few months ago, who was pretty rude and tried to argue with me about a return item. But overall I’ve never had any issues and I shop there quite a bit.2 years agoI came here randomly since I was in the area.. I’m originally from Illinois but happy I did. I found plenty of maxi dresses that were super cute, I have been looking everywhere for them and I happen to find a few here. Prices are reasonable. Lots of cute sandals and shoes. Store was very organized, very pleased with this shopping trip. Ended up coming out with like 4 maxi dresses, 2 pair of summer shoes, a pair of sandals and a cup. Happy camper with the items I found and purchased 🙌

Plenty of parking, lots of handicap spacing and good wide aisles in the store to navigate a walker and cart through. They still have holiday gifts. If you’re looking for Fan Gear and apparel there’s plenty here. In fact people on the floor stocking shelves are putting out new holiday gifts every hour at amazing prices! The restrooms are clean and handicapped accessible.
If I could give it zero stars, I definitely would after my shopping experience. I loved shopping at this Marshall’s due to the variety in products and polite staff, but after this shopping experience I will not. It’s definitely not a great feeling to be looked at and treated like a thief after spending money’s worth in products there. Never have I ever been stereotyped until today. Best believe they need to train certain employees to treat people equally and with kindness.
Super large HomeGoods location, as all the great HG stores you have to hit them often for the great finds. This location is a 30 min drive and has better finds than the one closest to me. The Marshalls is good too
