Nothing special. They used to have too much stuff now its too empty & messy. When you walk in, nothing catches the eye. Its a big store and i understand it needs to be somewhat full but isnt there a happy medium. Not too full but not too empty either. Why not make a few changes in the lay out, display items in a more attractive manner, better distinguish the spaces and the designers. It lacks, taste and elegance but maybe that’s not Macy’s priority. In addition, i think, Macys buyers are pretty bad, merchandisers have no idea what they are doing, GM, store managers must not be coming to work at all because if they did the stores will not look like that. Most Macys stores have very poor management and terrible staff, if you can find one. Im surprised to see that they are still in business. Having said that, Cherry Creek Mall store looks like they may be gone soon. I think Macys should really scale down, close lots and lots of stores even more than they plan to. Get rid off those lousy buyers, change their stores’ look completely, reduce some of those goof ball designers and chackas they buy. Hire less people but pay better so you can demand decent work in return. Im so tempted to work for them so I can help to save them from the ditch they are in for years. Oh Lord, sometimes, i dont want to know the solutions to these things, they are not that hard but noone does it or cant do it. Check these pics that i took today in Macys at Cherry Creek Mall. Amusing!!!!3 months agoDONT COME THIS LOCATION…… the Makeup area is a sad part of this store with only 1 person to take care of all brands. I had to wait nearly an hour and I finally left. Don’t buy makeup / perfume at this location. Macy’s is a cheap company !!!! They won’t hire more employees to take care of their customers.4 years agoWhat a nice, well lit, spacious store! The employees were kind and cheery and eager to help us design our new living room. The displays were very helpful in giving us a good picture as to what our new home and office will look like. They also had a great selection of rugs in every size, shape and pattern.a year agoA pretty good mall shopping point, food court and theater. An all-in-one entertainment center for families and shoppers. There are many outlets within Macy’s which interestingly have their own separate outlets also within the same mall.A plus point is a play area for young kids also.

a month agoThis shop is fantastic. primarily as a result of the employees. Even though he was leaving his shift, the employee who assisted me answered all of my inquiries with professionalism, courtesy, and patience. The employee who assisted me in locating replacement garments in a variety of sizes was exceptional after I utilized the fitting rooms. Additionally, she ordered an out-of-stock item and received a discount on shipment! This store is one I would recommend to family, friends, and even strangers.a week agoThe association was not helpful in the mens department 501 Levi’s. They stood at registers and didn’t help. Macy’s has a strange debt payment policy. I tried to pay bill on web, web showed my wife’s debt as zero. At the same time paper bill had a positive number in this column. When my son tried to find the reason, call took more than an hour,, he was switched to “other department” three times and the only answer we”ve got was that her card is closed because of bankruptcy, at the same time she has never got any bankruptcy, but nobody was able to explain why her record is closed. At the same time she used her card up to last month without any problems or limitations, just paid it every time in person in the store. That what we did yesterday with many problems because she had COVID and has heart problem now I should say that Macy’s service doesn’t work properly, at the same time service in the store we visited yesterday was perfect. I advised her not to use their credit and pay by bank card, I am able to pay through web.

Great store with great variety of items to shop from. Have great deals on their clothes, though some are a bit pricey.
The women who work in the fragrance department are patronizing and unwelcoming. This is the CONSISTENT atmosphere. I asked for a sample of the Tiffany love and was told they don’t have samples. She was mid 50s, Spanish with a short haircut like a bob. As I opened up my bag after purchasing the fragrance I realized the woman who rang me up put a sample in there.
These women are liars.
I’m going to taking my business to Dillards moving forward. I spend too much money in Macys fragrance departments to be treated like I’m impoverished and inferior.
Macy’s had a wide variety of sales from 25 to 70% off. The staff was really helpful. I haven’t shopped there in many years but I would like to go back now
