5 Replies to The 5 Biggest Family Dollar Stores in Ohio, United States

  1. I’ve stopped at this location a total of 3 times previously. After my first time visiting this store, I wasn’t impressed. The store was cluttered, merchandise was disorganized and not straightened on the shelves, and the cashiers were friendly…dutifully. I honestly dreaded ever having to stop there again.
Today, I was shocked! The store has had a major overhaul! I was transported into a store that was clean, organized, uncluttered, clear aisles, and well stocked.
There was one cashier, and an employee stocking merchandise. When the line started to get long, the employee stopped stocking merchandise to help ring up customers. That is a big change from my experience at a different Family Dollar location. Customer service matters!
Although the store isn’t finished with having the floors left to do, I can say there is a sense of pride in what I saw today. There is value in being a community store. Your customers deserve this change! Kudos!

  2. When I say they put the most incompetent unprofessional employees in our neighborhoods I am not kidding. Employees here curse, play loud music, come to work high, and just are unprofessional all around. Something has to be done. We should not be getting the bottom of the barrel when it comes to employees.

  3. I would LOVE for someone from corporate to contact me! This store is the WORST! From the lack of merchandise, they are NEVER opened during their hours of operation, the staff has absolutely no customer service skills- I hate that this is one of the closest stores to my house! Today, at 4pm, lights all on, doors are LOCKED. I called, the man that answered the phone had a smart mouth and then said their is no cashiers?!?! What are YOU?!?! Everyone who works there is a cashier! Unreal!

Man wish u could put ZERO STARS lol. Smell of pinsol was so strong I was choking. Mop bucket in the middle of the isle which my kids were tempted to play with. Thank God my boys listen SMH. Merch just in the middle of the isles and sloppy. I was offened as a shopper like are we serious? And then THREE people behind the counter ONLY ONE WAS RINGING OUT CUSTOMERS. THE LINE WAS ALMOST AROUND THE CORNER. TERRIBLE. A JOKE. ALTHOUGH THE WORKERS WE’RE VERY NICE I DEFINITELY APPRECIATED THR GREAT CJSTOMER SERVICE

I personally go to family Dollar on Cleveland avenue literally everyday if not sometimes 2 to 3 times a day I know all the employees there by name and face they know me by name and face as well. I would say they’re all very respectful very funny people that enjoy their job and they enjoy doing what they do. There is a whole wide selection of products that are very very reasonably priced within this family Dollar location. That’s what keeps me going back and it should make you go as well it’s not like the dagon Dollar general where you see one price on the item or on the shelf then you get to the register and it’s something completely different that’s not the way family Dollar works you pay exactly exactly what you see on the shelf is exactly what you pay. And the instance that you’re not familiar with the store or you have a generalized question concerning products and things the people that work there the employees are more than willing to help you in any way shape or form. I know this from firsthand experience and knowledge they’ve assisted me before.

Store was dirty, they were restocking. So there was a lot if things in the aisle. 1 employee was very nice and helpful, the other employee the lady she was not very pleasant and her customers service skills for this evening wasn’t very very well. Don’t recommend this Family Dollar is small and slow but maybe I’ll go on a day that they’re not overwhelmed and it’ll be different.

Would have gave them a five but I gave them a 4 because they had me sitting out there until 9: 45A.M. the sign say they open up at 10A.M.even someone else was sitting out there N thier car waiting, I,m thinking they open up at 10 the door was partially open, for the employees,I Asummed, so I decide to pull off & go on home then the person that was waiting in her car next to me got out & went in so I decided to back it up & go in,I ask them what time do they open & they say nine I don’t think they should have false advertisement sign saying they open up at 10 & they don’t. But that’s how the black neighborhood stores are,
