She wears size 11 and Dillards is one of the few places that consistently has a good selection of her size to choose from. If they don’t have the size or color she wants they always offer to order them and have them shipped to our home. The salesperson brought out numerous options for her to try and suggested some that my wife hadn’t seen on display. She went over and above to help her find something that was comfortable and that fit perfectly. What a great job! We found a pair that she liked and they were on sale! My lucky day all around!2 months agoThough I rarely write reviews, I feel that Savannah at Dillard’s Chanel cosmetic counter should be recognized for her skills and friendly demeanor. Her products are excellent and she is enthusiastic in sharing them and explaining how they improve your appearance. Savannah is such an asset to the company as she is always so patient in answering my many questions with all the knowledge that she clearly has regarding skin and skin products. This young woman will go far!!!3 weeks agoWell stocked with many options to choose from. The store is neat and tidy and easy to find a sales associate for fast check out.

a month agoHey, I went to look for a dress for a wedding !! At first, the three women working the was speaking another language to each other and looking at me . Did you say hey are can I help you! Just looked at me shop of 15 minutes. Then my mom and dad came from downstairs. I really like one dress. I tried it on. I needed a bigger size. So I went to the desk to ask about the dress they were still at the desk talking in another language. I waited, but they still were talking behind the desk. I finally just asked them if you had in another size . Are scan it and see if another store has the size I want. One of the ladies took the dress, and the lady said we could order the dress and it could come to your house. I wasn’t in a nice tone. She wasn’t friendly at all. I even tried to make a joke. I’m telling them i love food too much. That’s why I can’t get in it. The younger one said Myrtle Beach living. Me and the younger girl laughed. The younger girl was trying. I don’t know if the other lady was having a bad day is are what, but I didn’t want to give her my business after that. Dillard’s had some nice things, but the atmosphere is not to my liking.a week agoWe went to Dillards today and what a joy it was to be there. Everywhere we went in the store there was a clerk willing to help and not hovering! Everyone has a smile on their face! We felt welcome and that they wanted to help. I went to one of the Sales ladies and asked to try out a Fragrance, she made it very awkward, talked very little and was just staring into my eyes as i smelt the testing strip. I don’t know who is buying these Little House on the Prairie dresses that were so prominently featured in Dillard’s. Can you believe they were priced from $199 to $279? Hey, they say styles go around and come back around… Maybe these are making a comeback? As far as the store goes, they’re doing a lot of construction right now. I’m sure it will be easier to find things once that’s complete.
I love going to this location to find new bras because Mia in lingerie department. she is so professional even when she measures me ! I sent a good friend today for a new fitting a she took great care of her !
Since the makeup counter remodel, it’s much easier to navigate through the store. The racks are well organized and tidy, and the staff are super helpful, especially in the shoe department. Mrs. B in the formal department is phenomenal, helped me pick out a lovely dress for a wedding I attended last November.
Love it. Every time I come here I get RL from my lovely friend Joyce. Check her out in the Polo department. Can’t miss. Always something to get that no one else would have.
So thankful for Mia in the bra department. After 4 hours of bra shopping at other stores I was exhausted and at the point of giving up. She helped me find the perfect fit and was so nice!
