4 months agoLulu is amazing! And Karen is a great hype lady for the team! I had no clue what I wanted and I know I looked lost since I don’t shop at Dillard’s so I am very unfamiliar with the format and store lay out. Lulu was the first person to ask me if I needed help and she never left my side. She never judged me. (I know I came in looking rough) She made sure I got what I can for and more. She is very positive, encouraging, and HONEST. She won’t let you get something if you don’t feel good in it nor if it isn’t the best option for you. 🖤2 weeks agoI will drive out of my way to shop at this location from now on. The gentleman in Men’s suits was amazing and made me feel like a valued customer.3 months agoLove the customer service provided by Lorean . She helped me find ehat i needed and went above and beyond .2 years agoAbout a beautiful dress that I will be wearing to the holy consecration ball May 8th. Hopefully the gold in the dress sparkles enough. The colors of gold and white but I prefer not to wear white because I get it dirty too quick don’t really like shiny gold on my body so I’m going to take a chance with this beautiful dress.2 months agoDisappointing, I was hoping to find a different selection . Many items I can find at Boscov’s in the North at much better prices.

4 months agoDillard’s is our go to spot for special occasion dresses for our daughter. We’ve been going there for a dress since she was in kindergarten and she’s now in 3rd grade. We always find an amazing dress with an amazing price! Also, she never ends up wearing the same dress as a classmate and that’s important. Their selection is spectacular and their baby/toddler clothes are always a hit. Their sales are tough to beat and the staff is always friendly.a month agoNice place, clean, and plenty of selection. She even found something perfect for me to wear for my upcoming anniversary. Thank you!in the last weekI gave it 5 stars simply because the guy that helped us in men’s wear was awesome. Other than that, it’s Dillards.3 years agoThey always have good prices and their clearance sections are always a good deal for everybody in the family. The service rep in lingerie that helped me was super helpful, friendly and got me exactly what I needed. Repeat customer!

When visiting the mall Saint Matthews, Dillards is absolutely a department store that you you must stop in and visit. I am always greeted with a very warm, welcome and friendly smile from the staff who are more than helpful and surely able to find you just what you’re looking for when in need of some new fashion. They have an extensive selection of brands, designer, and local with amazing clearance sales almost every time I visit. When visiting the mall, Saint Matthews, I would absolutely make it a must stop shop as they offer great styles and brands add almost unbeatable prices. Every time I visit it is always a pleasant experience.

HUGE Dillards store with lots of departments. The men’s section had a huge inventory of items including great sale items. They had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend!
This is my mother in laws favorite store to go shopping with for shoes or purses! They have great brands and everyone is so nice and willing to ask if we need anything! We have bought several purses from here and they are great quality!
They have great clothes and good prices! Dinka was really helpful and nice! My son is hard to shop for and he liked these shirts 😀
