a month agoThis store has excellent customer service in all their departments. I went 10 minutes before they closed and they helped me to find the dress I was looking for and never told me “we are closing, fitting rooms are close” or anything like that.i was with my mom, sis and toddler nephew and when we were leaving he wanted to use the restroom and they still waited on us. When I was waiting I was just looking at the jewelry and I told my mom I’m coming tomorrow to buy the earrings and the lady told me no worries I can sell them to you. They never rush us. I was surprised and more because they were closing.a month agoVery disappointed in how they’re letting this store go by the wayside. It was so hot and uncomfortable and you had to go looking for someone to assist in certain departments. I however want to give a shout out for her excellent assistance to Sacha!! She came from nowhere with a beautiful smile and knowledge of different departments. Also,a gentleman and his wife were there and she acknowledged them as they had been there before and she helped them. The gentleman was so happy to see her warm smile. Thank you again, Sacha! 😉a week agoWas so thankful to be helped by the lovely Lori, she was incredibly knowledgeable of the products. She managed to find me an item I’d been looking for in every other department store and no one knew what I was talking about, she knew exactly what and where it was.11 months agoWow, this location is the most upscale Dillards I’ve ever seen! Their selection in every department is about twice what I’m used to.Dillards is the only store that sells the newest styles of Vionic shoes and that’s how I became a Dillards regular. This particular Dillards has a shoe section twice as large as most Dillard shoes (see photos).
I missed my regular, smaller Dillards locations in South Florida (Pembroke Pines and Plantation) because their staff is friendlier and more outgoing but perhaps the younger staff at the Florida Mall Dillards is more reserved due to a high volume of tourists.
If you love Dillards you’ll probably love this location.
a year agoNot a bad Dillard’s. Store is decently organized and employees seem helpful be friendly. It didn’t have a few brands I was looking for but still decent selection.

3 months agoLooking for a dress for my stepson’s wedding and the help there was amazing. The staff was knowledgeable and patient. The prices were definitely reasonable.5 months agoAt Dillard I feel like home. The service is the best. The Dior lady Gloria is knowledgeable, she is an expert and helps clients choose what is best for their skin. The shoe department is rocking, I could not tie my shoe and the sale associate ran to help me. The store is always well presented and everything is always in order. Great shopping experience.3 weeks agoCustomer Service at Dillards is top notch, when you go to Macys and some department stores the workers there don’t even try to help. I shop here at least twice a month and I am never disappointed. Yes prices are high but I would rather pay more and get the excellent customer service!6 months ago2/20/23 ~7:15pm The “sweet cashier” on the movie theater side told me returns must be made in the department I purchased from. I’ve never heard that one before. Got to that department and no one was there. Would’ve waited forever if someone in cosmetics didn’t assist me.2 years agoOn this particular day I entered the Pembroke Lakes Mall through Dillard’s. not anticipating to shop there but from another store within the mall. As I made my way past the Lancõme counters I was Greeted by Xiomie the Beauty Advisor whom I may say was very Attentive to my needs at the time, She also was very Articulate with her presentation of the promotion that was taking place at the time which gives me the opportunity to get cash off towards a future purchase, and the gift set i did purchase offered me more for my money than the store that I was intending to shop from Inside the Mall guess taking short cuts to get to another place has its benefits. Spectacular customer service experience @ Lancõme never did i feel pressed to make a purchase. I Will Definitely Recommend Lancõme And Definitely will Revisit Dillard’s at the Pembroke Lakes Mall. Which is in Compliance with CDC Guidelines wearing masks upon entry and maintaining social Distancing is required.

Great smelling store. Great atmosphere and temperature. Placement of clothing is superb. Ambiance makes me want to spend money. Knowledgeable staff that knows all the latest trends and what the celebrities wear.
The people seem so thirsty for a sale,well when you can find one well in some areas let’s say.. the area where fragrance is they are on point but in the clothing areas hard to find.. this department store has seen better days.
Nice store, however $70.00 for a plain, nice blouse, Made in China, Dry Clean only, is too high…. You could spend $35 at local store& get a beautiful blouse, machine washable, Made in USA & a high end brand, such as K Cole, R Lauren…
Great selection of clothes and they have some great clearance and sales going on. Found what we needed and a little more. The store is clean and well maintained. We like coming to this Dillard’s in this mall for that reason alone.
I love this Dillard’s!!!!! I love that it accommodates me and has three family restrooms with parent-child toilets. The parent toilet is elevated off of the ground and the child toilet adorably sits down on the ground next to the parent toilet. This is great because like Elsa, I have powers that I can’t control. They accommodate my ice powers and I like that they help me out. They help me with issues and ailments I face. I also love the layout. These are the only three bathrooms I will be using in the entire mall. I mean that 💕💕 I wish all Dillard’s stores had three floors.
