4 weeks agoRoss dress for less alwaya on top we love to shop therein the last weekWould give this place -10000 stars if possible. Some older man that greets at the door with bright white hair, scoffed at my husband as we walked in when he saw he had a prosthetic leg. I asked him if he had a problem with something and he said “yeah, your weight” (i am a heavier woman) and laughed to himself. My husband and I walked out immediately. I thought Ross was supposed to be welcoming? I have never had this issue! Especially as an older gentleman, how could he say that to people closer to his age. I did not get his name but all I know is that he had bright white hair. My name is not demi lovato, i am using my neighbor’s computer. It is Linda2 years agoI frequently shop at discount stores, but ROSS is my least favorite and this store is one of the worst. One the bright side, it’s a huge location so compared to other ROSS stores this one theoretically has a better selection. In practicality, most ROSS stores have very low quality merchandise. Shopping here makes WalMart attractive. The shelves are in disarray, the selection, while vast, is consistently junky, and everything is really messy. Also, the lines here are ALWAYS really really long, which is a function of the staff, not the crowds. I recommend almost any other discount store including Walmart, TJ Maxx, or Marshalls, before coming here.11 months agoIdk why but i went today after a long time without going to this location and omg is so ghetto right now i saw people stealing also others trying to steal costumer’s it was just crazy 😐 be careful.3 years agoWent here the other day looking for decorations not expecting to find any good stuff expect for cloths and omg was i surprised. They have name brand candles so much more. Anything you need they got it and for the right price PERIOD.

a week agoRecently for some reason, the locks have been removed from the women’s dressing room. Anyone could just walk into the dressing room and push open the door while you are changing. The only reason I can think of for removing the locks would be to prevent stealing perhaps? But this notion was quickly dismissed by the fact that there were no employees stationed at the dressing room to let customers in and out. I find the recent removal of the locks highly alarming and unsafe.a month agohave been shopping here for 3 years and had always been treated with respect.That is the reason I am giving them 2 stars. Today, I had the worse experience with this cashier named Gabriella. I asked for another bag and she seemed upset, calling the next customer to help while I was in front of her. I did not want to argue, so I took a while before I move and I heard her saying “ Geeezzz” She was rude and had some attitude !!! Customer services are supposed to be welcoming and helping client. I won’t recommend this location because of her attitude.This place is becoming hostile. Please go somewhere else if you want to be respected as a customer.a month agoThe reason for a 3 star rating is that im disabled i cant be standing for long periods of time, they had one cashier and it looked like she was overwhelmed. I kinda have an idea why she wasnt getting help, short staffed. Thank you for the awesome job!11 months agoThe store is very nice, good prices. Always clean and organized. The staff are very kind, especially the store manager Sonia and the assistant manager Brenda. I worked for them and I’m thankful, never found any managers like them.

I just have to say, the workers here tonight are PHENOMENAL, despite the horrible customers. These fine employees have stayed very professional, despite all the customers literally throwing clothes and items all over the floor, plus the huge checkout line.
I was so disgusted with the customers here, I started hanging up clothes and straightening racks to help out the poor workers. It’s 10pm, the night before Father’s Day, and nobody has the decency to be adults and pick up after themselves? (Uploading video to show a small part of the mess these people made) These poor kids are going to have to stay so late because of it.
I finally had to leave, I was so mad.

Store was a complete destroyed mess. Nothing was organized. Only employees to check out. Manager was pretending to be busy. Bathroom was so disgusting.
I was there today and there were almost 35 people in line and only two people at the registers. I stood in line for 15 minutes and it literally didn’t move. I asked someone if there was anyone else who could check people out and they said no. They said August is their busiest month… so knowing that, why would they only have two people working the registers?? Especially the day before school starts. They didn’t seem at all concerned about it. I have also had workers be really snappy with my grandkids when I have been there with them, and really for no good reason. I think their customer service is terrible. This line was longer than it is at Christmas time and on Black Friday. I had to just leave, as I was on a lunch break and couldn’t wait any longer. They would only hold six items for me, until the store closes tonight, which really didn’t help at all. I finally found someone willing to help me out by holding a few more things. I also asked two people what time the store closed tonight and neither of them knew. How can you not know this if you work there?? Very frustrating.
Worst Ross to shop at it’s always dirty and they employees are rude!!! And they never have good items to pick from always out of date styles
