2 months agoNordstrom Rack’s return policy is unreasonable. When most stores are relaxing such restrictive policies NR decides to make it more difficult. I’ve never encountered a retail store that won’t at least give store credit… The manager of the store went as far as explaining to me that they “need” to have a strict policy in order to provide “the best products at the best prices”, which is the most ridiculous explanation and I hope just her own ignorance and not something she’s coached to say. I won’t be shopping here or online with NR again. Terrible service and even worse management. Plenty of other places to find “the best products at the best prices”, along with reasonable staff and return policies.a month agoDisappointing. Surprisingly i did find some sustainable shoe brands / styles. But good luck finding your size, and good luck finding it where its supposed to be (what a friggin mess). The prices were ok, honestly i would have purchased something if it wasnt a nightmare trying to find it. Did not even see one associate i could ask a question to. Overall lacking & confusing3 months agoThis is the 2nd time I’ve been here and the return area is so disappointing. The girl with the high pitched voice was texting while the line was long and then walked away and went to the check out register and started ringing people out even though the return line was much longer. The lady behind me gave up and walked out. Saw it happen the last time too. Not worth the hassle to come here. Save yourself the time and go to Marshalls. I am.4 months agoThe store is pretty nice! Clean with a great selection. The check out process is very slow and even then they miss security tags. Other than that I would recommend this location!3 months agoReceived a gift that still had the tags on them. The item was too small, and the person did not give a gift receipt. Went to the store to exchange for a bigger size, or I would have gladly accepted a store credit. I left very disappointed… they would not return the item without a receipt 😒

a month agoLook I just love the store and my stylist Cynthia if I can’t find what I need she finds it for me or something else similar. Cynthia is in the beauty area if you are looking to be match to a T. 😃. The only think I don’t like is they don’t hold items long enough i had item come in while I was out of the country for 8 days and it would have been nice if they had a 10 day hold instead of a 5 day hold. So my items was returned automatically. They could have shipped it too that would have been nice.a month agoJanelle, Priti & Mai in beauty; danna, ev & souha at the ebar/cafe are a fabulous group of people. Thank you for all you do ♡9 months agoI had a wonderful experience shopping in store for candles, I was greeted and helped by a clerk named Rita Dawood 🥰 she was amazing and knew about all the candles they had available, we even walked to the second floor to grab more of my favorites. The store didn’t have half of what they offered online but nonetheless I walked out with 2 bags full of candles and another bag full of free gifts. I enjoyed my shopping experience and I enjoy my luxury candles even more! Thank you Rita for all your help, I’ll be back to see you again!4 months agoBeautiful store, great service and really nice clothes. But I couldn’t afford anything, not even from the men’s 60% off racks. My mom said the same thing about the women’s clothing and shoe departments. We will need to save our money and go back in 5 years (that is how long it will take!). It was fun looking though!4 months agoI’m sure the store itself is lovely but I had a very poor experience doing an online pickup order.I placed an order online for two items on Friday. Their website said it’d be ready that day. I got an email a couple hours later stating that one item from the order was canceled (presumably due to lack of inventory).
On Sunday I contacted customer service to cancel the other item since it was still not ready for pickup. They wouldn’t cancel it and said I’d have to call the store because the order was “processing.”
The other item didn’t end up being ready for pickup until Tuesday. When I called the store to cancel the item, the only reason they could give me for the extended timeline was “management?” No apology. Just a shrug.
I would expect better from Nordstrom. I purchased through them because I thought I could get the items in a day in one easy pickup vs. two separate online orders. Instead, I got the headache of extra phone calls and refunds, and ended up ordering from Amazon anyways (with one-day shipping to my door).
Basically, don’t waste your time with their pickup service.

I just stopped in today to return some items in preparation of the Nordstrom anniversary sale that starts tomorrow for me. The young man at the register was so nice and completed my returns efficiently. I then found a pair of shoes that I liked. I tried on the display model as it was my size and went to the counter and asked the girl for my size in the box and I didn’t need to try them on. Brought them home and they are perfect. I love Nordstrom’s return policy. That is one of the main reasons that I shop there. When I told the girl that waited on me in the shoe department that I left my dogs at home for the first time since I got them months ago she told me I could bring them with me next time, if I wanted to. Maybe when they are better behaved I will try that with their dog stroller. Love Nordstrom!
You would think that by it being on the higher end of a store, in store pick up would be reasonable. Made a in store pick up at 9am it’s 5:21pm and the items are still not ready. Called the store and was told due to the anniversary sale in store pick up items range from 5hrs-8hrs to be ready. She said she’d have someone get the order ready for pick up AND ITS STILL NOT READY. Unreal.
Had such a pleasant dress shopping experience here! The staff member helping me out was truly wonderful. She took the time to find my size and offered opinions and alterations.
