2 years agoThe store has alot of options of clothes for men and women. They also have things for your house like the kitchen and the bathroom. They also have a lot of accessories for men and women.2 months agoGood selection of products at NOT clearance prices, but hey, every business has to make a buck.5 months agoThis is my go to when I am looking for something and I don’t have time to pick through the racks at TJ Maxx or Ross. They have a great selection of clothes and of course it helps that their shoes are always great. If you need a one stop shop for an outfit or just shopping and don’t want to browse alot of stores. You have found the right place.4 years agoGreat selection of shoes. So many choices. Someone is always looking for large sizes so I’m glad to remind people they are available here. Lots of 11, 12, 13 shoes. Not my size but I’m happy to find so many choices in my size.

4 months agoWe went to Nordstrom to purchase accessories for Pope high school’s prom. The salesman it in the men’s department was phenomenal. He had the tailor to alter or alter a jacket purchased from Von Maur not even 40 minutes prior. Great salesman and even a better person.3 months agoI was very impressed when I came in search of a Jo Malone scent. I was lucky to be greeted by Tia the fragrance specialist. She has a delightful disposition, was helpful, and knowledgeable. She made me feel like my business is welcome and appreciated. Such a breath of fresh air. So many people right now are unhappy in their jobs. They show it by how they treat you, the customer. I don’t experience that at Nordstrom. In the last few months I have been here at least 3 times and I’ve experienced helpful, friendly employees. I might add that the store is clean and organized. All these things make my shopping a good experience and that encourages me to come here to support the business and shop more.a month agoEric is simply amazing!!! I usually visit the Lenox location, but from the very time I visited this location, he was so helpful and helped me find exactly what I needed. So, now I drive out to perimeter for excellent customer service and his amazing eye for a beautiful shoe!! He definitely deserves a RAISE or something. He’s customer service at its best!!a month agoNordstrom was always my “go to” department store. The service was always excellent and using a personal shopper made shopping a breeze. This store has changed so much since pre-covid. They don’t carry as much merchandise and they seem to be employing less staff. Currently everyone is back to school shopping and the Anniversary sale is still in full swing. They should have more staff working to accommodate all the shoppers, but personnel are few and far between. There appear to be many new, young employees who are less than motivated to be there. I had to look all over 3 departments to find someone to open a dressing room. Then she called someone else to do it. He disappeared and never helped me even though I told him I knew I would need alterations. When I finally saw him, he was on his cell phone. I saw several pairs of shoes online I wanted to try on, but none of those were in stock on the store. It is just easier to order online. Nordstrom offers free delivery and no hassle returns and offer so much more to choose from online.4 months agoGreat service. Immaculately clean. Lots of great merchandise. Worth the two hour drive for one pair of pants that look amazing on my wife. She’s very happy. The young man that helped us was super friendly and helpful. I would have taken him home to meet my daughter! 😂 I wish I had got his name because he deserves a raise.

Great place with mostly reasonable prices. They lost a point because in the middle of pandemic they don’t have any temperature check for customers. Otherwise, all is good, store is clean and employees are polite and respectful.
Great location but to be honest I expected more from this store. I didn’t feel that the selection was great at all. The staff are very friendly and helpful but out of the last few times I visited I didn’t see anything that I wanted to buy.
This place is so quiet. I came here for bear made to order shop. So nice and good. 😃
Nordy member with a receipt for $600 worth of clothes purchased 5 weeks ago trying to return a $40 pair of pants on the receipt. Told no return or even store credit after 30 days. How incredibly short sighted. Had shopping to do and instead walked out. Your finance team should be thinking about the long term effects of their short term cost savings initiatives.
The store seems to have a lot of stuff, just not much for tall ppl.. I can occasionally find a few tall shirts, but I do have to search everywhere.
