Ok, this store is pretty big and has some really huge discounts on their prices. However, I believe that if you look a store up online and then are directed to a website specifically for that store location you should be able to get real info. So if you see an item you like and it shows on the page for that store that they have it, then they should have it. Or at least be a little nicer when you inquire about the item. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. I was looking for a semi formal dress, saw a dress on their web page and even called the store and asked about it. Was told that if it showed on web page for the store then they had it. So we made the drive there, almost an hour away, and it was for nothing. After looking everywhere for the dress with no luck. I then kindly asked an associate(apparently I picked the wrong one)if she could help me to find the dress. She then proceeded to let me know that just because it is on the stores page online doesn’t mean they have it at all. Matter of fact, they don’t have any of their in store stock info available online. She wasn’t nice or friendly in any manner, she acted as though I had just torn her away from her vacation when asking for her help. Even though I didn’t get my dress there and all info I had been told before going was not true I will say the store was huge, clean, very organized and honestly had some great deals on summer clothes for my grandson. But won’t rush to shop there again.
I’m a big fan of Dillard’s Clearance Center shopping and this Eastwood Mall center in Niles, OH was one of the best maintained clearance stores I visited. The aisles of clothes were well sorted by color, size and in some cases by brand. Nothing looked picked over like some clearance centers – everything looked great and organized. The men’s section was huge.
There were no sales associates that roamed the floors which was the only minimal issue I had but that’s likely due to the store being a clearance center and not a full service store, but otherwise it met my shopping needs.
I can only wish there was a Dilllard’s Clearance Center closer to my home in Washington.
Very cool store, spacious, bright and big, good prices. Very beautiful building extraordinary. We were in Dillaris, went and ate delicious Italian pizza, quite a good and large selection of food, Italian, American and Asian cuisine. Shoppers should come here. We had a good rest and there are cars for children and a train.
First time customer, watch your prices.. Bought a pair of pants for $20.64+5 however the lady rang up the tag on the other side that was $37.50, sounds a little bit like a racket… Customer service was good but your pricing needs figured out!! After all your a clearance center.
There’s a lot to choose from here if you have the time to dig through it … some things can be “on sale” but still very much close to regular price. Some things are cheap. It’s just about diggin through the racks. Also wish they would have more fitting rooms open then just 1… always a line to try clothes on when they have multiple fitting rooms they could open and use.
