a year agoWent to this store for first time and I was impressed about how clean and well organized it is. Not a single item on the floor and staff were friendly and helpful. Didn’t know where to return an Amazon package and I was approached and the employee guided me. Very nice !2 months agoOnline, they advertise tons of goods such as tool boxes and appliances. But when I went to the brick and morter store, the place was full of cheap wear for mostly women with the 1st floor, seemingly half taken over by Saphora. Also, the escalator to the 2nd floor was shut down, and there were virtually no salespeople to help. So I took the elevator up and finally found a help desk where a pleasant young woman told me that just about everything I was looking for I needed to be found and ordered online. A very unpleasant experience!2 years agoDefinitely five star….. mask required and they have plenty of sanitizer around the floors and pretty clean….Restrooms are pretty clean, it’s in 2nd floor…..
Shoe collections are awesome and active ware collections for both men women’s are also good…. Very friendly staff and customer service is awesome, I have a doubt on kohls card bill and they handelled it very well…
Jewellery section is also pretty good with plenty of collections. Plenty of parking outside
5 years agoFun place to go. The only problem is that everything is over priced. For example I saw a bow for 35 dollars (no tax included). They do have a lot of options. The sections have many cool sunglasses and more.5 months agoWaited in line for quite a while while the sole cashier did price checks for every item in a customers basket. One customer ahead of me in line to check out got tired of waiting and just put their stuff down and left.Check their ads for sales.

3 months agoAmazon return store. Also they hand out a 25% off coupon on returns applicable at any purchases. Also if you are struggling how to use those coupons, just grab their graphics tees. Usually $25 for 2 Tees and they come with different graphics from tv shows, movies etc. Must have got over 50 t shirts for me and family. Probably the reason I return amazon there 🙂2 weeks agoWalked through Kohls at Great Mall and discovered that they have a SEPHORA shop inside! This is a very convenient stop to re up on make up and skin care needs. The customer service is very friendly and helpful.7 months agoKohl’s just has way too much on sale. This is the mecca of clearance. At least half the store was clearance!!! Holy crapppppp. Went for gifts. Got all kinds of swim gear for the family for dollars.4 weeks agoThis Kohl’s branch is so amazing with wonderful staff and all the items you need are here and so neatly placed. The store is convenient with great quality clothing items. There’s a decent variety of popular brand as well as less well-known ones. The prices are a bit high but they occasionally get good deals on select items and also the discount sections. The first floor is dedicated to clothing and accessories. The second floor is for other household items like bedding, exercises equipment, cooking, etc.
Pretty much everything you need. Really helpful in returning Amazon products. Staff knows where everything is at. And incredible deals. Seriously mind blowing deals. They also offer veterans discounts on Mondays.
Went school shopping for my granddaughter. Able to get most of the clothes she liked today. Real Happy she loved all her new outfits. Plus the Cashier was real helpful and friendly. One great day of shopping done.

Alhambra Khol’s’s usually is very good in customer service. Wrong timing for me. Lady was in her lunch break. Dept was in the new Sephora. Needed help. But the lady was just covering. Don’t go in there lunch break. But I do Love Khol’s. Have a Nice’s Day everyone.
