11 months agoThis Family Dollar closes 20-30 minutes early. I knocked on the door for about 5 minutes and a young lady signals and said “we closed” so I left.2 months agoThis is by far the worse family dollar I’ve been too from the customer service to the store being a mess to as soon as I come in blaring vulgar music. How are you going to be playing music that contains the word pu**y non stop it’s gross. The customer service is horrible as well no acknowledgment on the phone texting.2 months agoStore closed at 9:45 with some random guy wondering around!3 years agowish this were a positive review. I really do.However thats not the case. I went to get a little cheap Bluetooth earphone set for work. Id gotten one from anothet Family Dollar months before so I knew what I was going to get and how much it cost. Long story short I saw a rack, NOT JUST ONE with. $5 label on it for a Bluetooth headset. I go to the register it rings up $10. The cashier Daisha went to check the rack and sure enough there was an ROW of the headsets on the $5 rack. She told Justin , the manager on duty and he automatically refused to sell the headphones for the displayed price. I try to be supportive of our young men but unfortunately he was the stereotypical example of a young black kid with a bad attitude. I will not be back, of course, but more than anything I was highly disappointed in him8 months agoI was in the store yesterday and I believe the Asian lady at the counter did not give me my receipt and when I stood there to get it she act like she didn’t know what I was waiting on. But I do believe she over charged me for the few things I picked up. I don’t have money to give away but she felt that she had to take my money I will not go and stop at this store again until I know she is not there. this don’t make any sense

3 years agoThis place is one of the nicest family dollars I have ever been in. The clerk was a sweet heart. I didn’t get her name. She is an older lady with short hair I believe. The store was clean and organized. The bathroom was clean! I wish I lived closer to this one because I would go all the time. Thank you!5 months agoNice employees. Good prices.a year agoThey need workers bad. The poor woman named Jenn is working at least 80 hours a week. The regional manager is rude. I heard her complaining about not having any help. Who would want to work there with such low wages. They are closing at 3:30 or 4 every day. Closed on Sundays. It sucks to have management like that.2 years agoFD was clean & organized, everyone had their masks on & were all trying to stay away from each other even in the aisles. The employees were friendly & concious of customers waiting to pay (they opened another check-out as soon as there were a few people waiting) It was also super convenient that they were still open Christmas Eve-ning so I could get my needed stocking stuffers. Ugh I’ve mentioned it to the ladies but that went on dead ears..
That was 3 months ago and I’ve asked just recently?
Other than that it’s a handy store. But boy all the prices have went up got chocolate chip cookies and they weren’t as big as they were. And cost more.
Go figure.
