Thank u lady’s3 months agoThis place employees are rude and they smart mouth with you,they will say things like… it’s an inconvenience to you not me,I was stopping in to buy a pizza and it should have took me like 5 minutes but instead a short pint size employee stopped me at the door and said I can’t leave my E scooter where I always leave it, and she tells me I have to take it outside, I informed her that this is a $300 scooter and I’m not leaving it outside,she replied with a snidely comment you should have bought a lock for five more dollars so take it outside. so this family Dollar doesn’t seem so family-oriented or a family environment with employees that will discriminate customer ,why go back to this family Dollar when there’s many other family Dollars but if they hire employees like that at the other family Dollars they might as well call themselves out of business. Just another down side they will close at 9:15-9:30p.m. with customers lined up outside with staff sitting around doing nothing all ladies with bad attitudes not doing their jobs! 4th time this month!🤬10 months agoPoor shopping experience, I was unable to fit my small basket down the aisle without having to move boxes. A wheelchair would NOT be able to go down some aisles within the store. I was unable to purchase bleach and other items due to the shelves being completely blocked. I have also posted pictures, store #104037 months ago1/25/2023 @8:15am The store Manager needs to work on her Customer service. I will not go into detail, but her professionalism, and kindness needs to be addressed.a year agoI have shopped here for 3 years and they usually stay well stocked up, the worker’s are very nice and helpful. I like the fact that it’s a small store with everything you need inside just beware the homeless are always stealing from here so you will probably witness this from time to time when the worker’s have to deal with that but otherwise it’s a good place to shop.

2 months agoCompletely unimpressed, the store was beyond disheveled everything was picked over the staff was not helping anyone who actually needed help and unwilling to make price adjustments for their mismarked items9 months agoCalled to speak with management very rude and unprofessional. As a manager myself I would never talk to a customer the way he talked to my Wife and I. He refused to honor a deal that the store runs. I asked for the corporate number and the general manager number(a good manager would have givin it up) he refused told me to look on google find it myself and good luck telling on him. Wont be going back here9 months agoStore is always cluttered and dirty. One cashier working. Management is a joke. But good spot if you need to just run and get one thing. Besides that. Store is ran terribly.a year agoAlways a Great Store…only downside is that this particular store has no graveyard employees stocking/restocking shelves, therefore, you must learn how to maneuver your car skills with your shopping cart 😊 Also, I found numerous items on shelves in nearly every row w/o prices of items/brands, but the + side Is….(Drumroll)…12.+lbs. Catfood has gone down nearly $2.00! That’s a Big Deal! Walmart can’t match that! 4+☆☆☆☆ to Family Dollar on Franklin Blvd and Mack Road 😁4 years agoHas good deals but not the best shopping experience. I found lots of good deals on household and storage. The merchandise is a bit scattered and sometimes hard to find the price. Checkout took longer than it should have. There were a couple of clerks casually chatting and waiting for another clerk for me to checkout. Also I was charged the 10 cents bagging fee even though I didn’t use any bags. No biggie but worth noting.

Prices are great and that’s the only reason that I keep coming back….. because otherwise, the parking at night is awful thanks to a taco truck across the street the lot gets full plus some of the ladies working there are rude or have no customer service skills. No smile, no personality, not approachable, and serious. Lastly bring your own bags, this is the only store near this area that doesn’t give you free bags they charge .10 cents ea.
Ok FAMILY DOLLAR at this location has been my favorite place to shop .Family Dollar has always have items on sale or coupons for many goods. The store is always clean and well stock with product.The staff there is always ready to help you find items that your looking for.and that to me is a reflection on management.I always say a manager is as good as he or she worst employee.My recent experience at this store was that i lost my cell phone some where so when i got home i track it down to that store .I went back to look for it and did not find it.I ask the manager Josephine if any one had found it.She said no so i gave her my phone # to call if found it. Well 2 days later she found it and gave me a call to pick it up.AND THAT MY FRIENDS IS AN OUTSTANDING INDIVIDUAL AND HONEST. I offer her a reward but she would not accept it .THANK YOU AGAIN JOSEPHINE. If you stay in retail you will go a long way to the top of the business in my opinion and you can take that to the BANK. I came her for hygiene and there was nothing in stock. I went back again couple days later shelf’s we’re still empty worst family dollar I been to!
Went to buy medicine to restock my medicine cabinet. Family Dollar has negotiable prices for medicine. But the shelves are not full. It seems as if customers have been buying a lot of flu & cold medicine. So I bought what was available which was 24 hour Mucinex All for 1, Advil, & Peptobismol. Cashiers were fast and polite. Aisles are really small. Prices are medium to low. 🙂👍💯🔥
