4 months agoSo this is my 2nd time at a Dillards. I only found out about this department store from visiting a friend in Florida a few years back but I love their selection. My first visit was for shoe shopping this visit with my sister was not planned for Jewelry but they had a good sale.a week agoManagement here is awful they act like they are better than everyone. Some managers are very lazy especially kids manager, I do not appreciate how they treat customers and if they treat their customers bad I bet the workers are treated even worse too.2 months ago5 stars for Mary at the shoe department!!! She was so amazing and eager to help, she offered to look in back for anything and everything. I loved her energy so much as well, super kind lady.6 months agoDillard’s has very nice clothes, kitchen ware, etc. The store varies from being a mess to being well kept. The workers are sometimes super helpful and at other times hard to find. It is always difficult to check-out because not every cashier station is available.a month ago10x better than traditional cotton sheets, which helps minimize night sweats and keep you cool during the night

a month agoLove Dillard’s especially when they have 65% off markdowns. Shout out to Chris in Men’s and Isaac in Men’s Polo section. They are very friendly experienced knowledgeable and great customer service people. Always great you with a smilea month agoSales Associate was very pleasant and helpful. I purchased a pair of shoes online on June 29, 2023. On July 1, 2023, the shoes were on sale for clearance. I’m saying before the shoes were even delivered. The shoes weren’t delivered until July 6, 2023. I contacted Dillard’s by phone on July 1, and it was unfortunate that they don’t do price adjustments. They left me no choice but to return the shoes even though I really liked them.in the last weekI went to Dillards in Greenbrier and was sadly fat shamed. I am a 48i in bra size and the representative Ashaunta was so kind to try and help me. She asked the ladies that worked in the bra area for my size and a shorter lady said “Ooh no we don’t have that size here”! The face she made really pissed me off. I just walked out of Dillards, I thanked Ashaunta for helping me and left. Please continue to provide an amazing and affordable array of fashions.4 months agoI recently bought an outfit (blazer, shirt, and slacks) for an interview, and after putting it on before leaving the house, I decided I was not too fond of the way it fit or looked, so I took it off and put it back on the hangers and in the bag. When I returned it the following day, the gentleman who helped me with my purchase took everything out and inspected it. He held the slacks by the cuffs and eye-sighted the legs, looking at the shirt’s neckline. You would have thought it was a $1000 outfit the way he looked everything over (by the way, the slacks were $45, the shirt was about $50, and the blazer was $85). After putting on a show for everyone around, I finally told him there wasn’t any need for the dramatics. If he can’t return it, say so, and he did. I have never been denied a return for putting something on, but I guess he was doing his job and following Dillard’s protocol. I hope that when the Greenbrier Mall is sold to a developer, and they close the store down, they look out for him the way he did for them, but I doubt it. Good luck to you, sir.

Although this was my first time at this particular Dillard’s location, I was impressed with how well stocked this store appeared to be. I liked that there was a wide variety of merchandise here. It’s also very visible as an anchor store at this mall. As the pandemic diminishes throughout the world, people are doing more in-person shopping!
I must say that if I were able to rate Richie by his level of professionalism, patience, knowledge and overall customer service I would have to use every star in the sky.
I was in a bad situation and fashion played a major role in resolving my problem. Richie appeared like a fashion super hero and before I knew it he saved the day by pulling everything that I needed from head to toe. Best shopping experience ever in which it appeared to be natural and effortless to him. Although he pulled me out of my traditional style if dressing i am so very glad that he did because I truly believe that it was for my best. I look forward to returning to Dillard’s if I am able to be assisted by Richie.
THANK YOU, SANDRA, IN THE MEN’S DEPARTMENT! My husband’s luggage was lost at the airport, and Sandra saved the day after I called about his dilemma. He had a huge show for work the next day and had no clothes and would arrive too close to closing time. She was able to put items together for him to try on so he could also find shoes and other items he would need before the store closed. Someone give that girl a raise and promotion!
This department store is one of those inside MacArthur Mall currently closing.
Store is currently in the process of closing, all items are on first floor and discounted but I feel like they have a ways to go – most items were barely discounted even tho most of the store is empty. Good amount of clothes to sift through – mostly Men’s polos/slacks. Some bedding/towels, some houseware. Lot of dress shoes, some mens shoes. Small amount of makeup/perfume. Some chairs and display cases available. Bathroom still open and a few entrances. Paid parking available or directly off the light rail line.
