  1. On Thursday, I visited this store. My encounter at the women’s handbags was terrible. The two women working this afternoon were rude, non caring and offensive. I had to resolve my issues at the customer service. I was appalled and letting them know that quality customer service is very important for Nordstorm!

  2. I had a wonderful shopping experience under stressful circumstances and am so thankful for Martha in the lingerie department. Her knowledge and wonderful personality took very good care of my needs. Earlier in the day I went to WOB in Wyckoff and was quickly turned off by the rude staff. They claimed they were the only ones in Bergen County that could fit women for a bra correctly. I beg to differ maybe they would like to learn from your staff how to fit and bra and be courteous at the same time. Thanks again to Martha she’s is the whole package.

  3. Its very big and beautiful store with many designers brands

Huge selection of shoes and clothing

Also have kids section and Bazille at lowe level

  4. Nordstrom is a good store, it’s super organized and clean, everything is where it should be, some of the employees are nice and humble, the third floor is divided into sections, Women’s Department, Denim, Designer, POV, Young Adult and Dresses: Second Floor: Men’s Department, and First Floor: Housewares, Kids, Swimwear, Shoes, and Lingerie: My only issue is that maybe just maybe, some customers should pick up the clothes of what they where in the fitting rooms if they aren’t going to buy them and put them back where they found it, it will be much easier for the employees that work in that department, the employees already get new shipments and enough returns already, so, take this into consideration, I also think that corporate or Nordstrom’s policies should not let go of employees who don’t make enough commission, especially if they were dedicated enough in showing up to work everyday, being on time, all the time, and if they were loyal to their customers, my guess is that Nordstrom only cares about making money, they may not care if you were a dedicated employee, they were even some other good employees that were terminated even if they made commission though, maybe it’s a favoritism issue or something, so I don’t know what’s going on here, this is the thing with brick and mortar stores, hope they last, anyways, oh and also, one time an employee was ringing a customer and one of the managers were helping her, the manager’s name was E, she worked on the third floor, there was this blouse that was a return and the customer wanted a similar blouse that wasn’t on sale during anniversary, the customer wanted the blouse for about maybe $7 dollars less of the original price the employee was more than happy to price match it and lower it for her to make the customer happy, but the manager said ‘No, that she couldn’t allow it, but the way she said it to the customer was kind of rude about it, so the employee had to turn the customer away even if the employee didn’t want to, and she didn’t buy the blouse, what happened to the phrase, “Customer Obsessed?? And making the customer happy??” Who knows, maybe some of the clothes will end up at the thrift store after Nordstrom Rack, these are just vanities, we need some of these yeah but one doesn’t have to so, you know? These are just some of the flaws that the employee has seen while working there..

High quality clothing which you will pay for. One thing of note, when Nordstom opened in Menlo Park Mall, I was a young man. I couldn’t afford much then, but I purchased a nice belt on opening day September 27, 1991. It was at that time, guaranteed for life. I have worn that belt for over 32 years and it still looks and wears as perfect as the day I purchased it. Professional staff. Clean. They have a tailor on site. Centrally located.

    You get quality products here.

They have good quality shoes and clothing for all ages. As well as many other things you find in a big department store.

The prices may appear to be higher than other places but, you get what you pay for.

    Staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

There is a coffee shop also. And plenty of free parking.

First timer . Haven’t shopped around Nordstrom much . Wow .. it’s well organized and the service was good . But the products are really PRICEY 🙃 not much of discounts too. When compared with macys, the price is 30% more . May be the quality is better here .. but I really don’t shop such pricey shirts or pants ! Lots of parking outside . Overall an average experience..

Lamer store service is terrible. Is the man. I was bought on online because they do have gift items and some samples. But when I recieved my package it’s doesn’t comes with gift. So I’m want return to the store. They refused return and suspect my item from other? Maybe fake ? Maybe other department ? It’s totally different with return policy. I’m going to report he to the Nordstrom and Nordstrom melon park store manager.absolutely I have all records

Mark in the shoe department was so nice, pleasant, and professional!!! He was helping my daughter find a shoe she saw online for back to school he kept checking and giving us options on what shoe size might be best online since it wasn’t in the store…even thought we have to order online anytime I have too come in the store to purchase will definitely be with him first! His customer service is A-1!!! And all the other employees I encountered tonight in the shoe department walking out was very polite also! Usually by the end of the night when it’s closing of course people wanna go home especially on Saturday night but you couldn’t tell with these employees!

My very 1st experience as a Nordstrom shopper as I decided to go to just ” see what they had ” and to my surprise I was greeted by 2 amazing and helpful sales associates upstairs 😀! Downstairs I just received stares and no one wanted to greet or help me in the shoe department.

However Lauren was helpful in the women’s dress 👗 department and so was the other young lady who was so very friendly to every customer she rung up on register ( she is an art student I believe)

Lauren helped me to sign up to get Nordy points 👉🏽 👈🏽 💯💯😁😁 Yay and I fell in love with a black dress with pockets that fits to a T ! So glad at 48 I decided to come to shop ☺ 🙌🏽 and will be back again !

Mohammed in the Shoe Dept is AMAZING! This is the 3rd time he’s helped me w/shoes (and more) and he’s fantastic. I should have written a review after the 1st time he helped me. (Sorry, Mo. I will make up for it now 😉.) The 1st time he helped me, he helped me with shoes, then he locked up the register and went upstairs to help me put an outfit together for a special occasion I had coming up. Incredible! He was super creative and super patient. The outfit was a hit. I got so many compliments. Then about 6 months later he helped me again at the Cherry Hill store and he was just as welcoming and helpful as he was the 1st time. He remembered me and spoke to me like we were old friends. Now here we are another 6 months later. I’m on vacation and called the Cherry Hill store to see if he could help me w/a sandal that I’m dying to have. Mo did it again! He exceeded my expectations. He located the sandal and is having it shipped to me at my beach house. Please look for Mo if you want great customer service. He’s got great style and will give you his honest opinion,….not just sell you a shoe. I would give him AND the Shoe Dept. at The Cherry Hill Mall 10 stars if I could. Bravo!

This is beginning to be my go to place to find a suitable gift for my wife. It has turned out this way the past few years. The ambiance during this time of year is what captures me. The vast selection of odd and beautifully crafted pieces adds greatly to my appeal.
