  1. A bargain shoppers paradise with name brand quality and an unending choices in every department. When you have 4 kids with different tastes and sizes, and you still have to stay on budget…this is the store for you! And you can find Frye boots for you and Aldo dress shoes for your husband, I can’t stop smiling at my bags from this weekend. Of course we had to go ahead and get some Christmas decorations from the Home Goods side before we checked out. My only complaint is you need some chairs for my husband to sit because he had was tired of walking behind me!

  2. Overall good experience at this location. I made a return on this trip and the transaction went by smoothly. The cashier was nice and the line was short. There have been a few times I came and the store was quite busy, so I did luck out this time.
After my return transaction, I browsed the store and found a few nice items.

  3. Tamika and Dorothy B cordinature, are both not professional at all and so rude specially tamika I was asking for help and the way they talk to me wasn’t kind , I have to complain to manager for their attitude toward me they didn’t let me make return even tough I haven’t use the item so I had to see another manager to check the item and confirm it wasn’t use and give me my money back since I bough the item the same day .

  4. If you haven’t been in a Marshall’s yet, it’s definitely worth checking out. From shoes to home goods. Quick checkout.

  5. Extremely frustrating! We checked store hours. Store closes at 8 on Sundays. We drove 30 min from home to get there to make some essential returns. Arrived at the door 7:58 and they already had it locked. Someone even waved us away. Lots of people still in the store shopping and getting in line. This was not okay. Will not be shopping at this location again.

Giving the area of the store location in a high end area they are one of the most disgusting stores. This store looks worst than a big lots on Black Friday. I do not think they have a vacuum or a broom or even hands if they can’t wipe a bathroom stall or put the paper towels in the holder. Trash all over and under the shelves, orange carts from stockers left in the pathways. Trash in carts at the entrance. Plain out nasty. The checkout line was blocking the main way to home goods and down an isle. If I was the owner I would be embarrassed.

Hate lines, 15 registrations and only 5 were open! I was in line to buy new stuff and now I am waiting in line for a return! Ridiculous! I spend 1 hour in line. A cashier said they are paid low, so they have difficulty to keep people. However this location has second place in sales in US. Those are two big retailers at one location, so like two cashiers per each store. It is not enough. Hate that location. Where is executive management? On offshore vacations due to high sales?

The checkout in this store is ridiculous! I needed to make a return. There are 5 cashiers and there are 50+ people in line, and they make you wait in the same line as those purchasing to return. Marshalls and Homegoods are awesome stores, but they need 2 separate checkout lines. I have been in twice to make this return and left because of the line. It is 8:30 on a Sunday. This isn’t the employees fault, but the corporate team of Home Goods and Marshalls who decided to have only one checkout. Please help this store!

If your store does so much business that the line consistently wraps around the store and takes 45 min to an hour to buy something, you should be hiring more cashiers. Or take some folks off the floor to help out. Or install some self checkouts! Jeesh. If you walk into this store, be sure you check the line before you bother shopping unless you like standing in line like your waiting for a Disney ride. 15 registers and 4 of them open with probably 100 people in line. If I’m managing this store, I walk around the store and tell employees who are slowly putting stuff on racks to get their butts up front. Ridiculous. Train everyone on the registers! What’s also comical is 9 register lights are on despite 4 people checking folks out. Unlikely we’ll shop here again which is sad because the store has a large selection but absolutely zero efficiency and they don’t seem to care. And the cashiers need to stop offering credit card signups and chatting with people when the line is an hour long. Who is managing this store? Maybe you should issue monthly bonuses based on number of transactions per day or month by teller and they’ll stop chatting so much and move it along.

While I do like the “treasure hunt” aspect of Marshall’s/Homegoods. I’m not sure it outweighs the pain of standing in a line that extends to the rear of the store and back towards the women’s athletic section. Added note that the long line is by no means an isolated issue on weekends and peak times. 3pm on a Wednesday and I stood in line for at least 30 minutes. Some may argue that the line moves, however I have yet to shop at another Marshall’s/Homegoods store where the line is so long. PLEASE, a special appeal to the management of the Rea Road store and corporate, let’s see some action on fixing this frustration for your customers and showing that you appreciate us and respect our time. I know that I am not the only one who evaluates how long the line is before I decide to shop here.

Ok, the only good thing I can say on this day…….. The store looked pretty well organized, however customer service was on the unfriendly side, and the bathrooms was a complete nasty place to come to, the men’s bathroom was out of order, and women’s bathroom was something that I just couldn’t believe my eyes, Definitely NOT TOLERABLE. THIS WAS A COMPLETE NO NO NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a nice Marshall’s. The cashiers were professional and gave excellent customer service. Forgot the name, but the young lady with blond and black hair. Very professional and nice. They also had nice homegoods and towels. Don’t sleep on the hand soap here….

Unfortunately, had to stop shopping here as a result of the persistent indifferent staff and periodic spontaneous theft occurrences. I think this place is targeted often as a result of staff being primarily women. Many of the staff have been employed at this location for a significant number of years and I think that has sprouted complacency. It has always confuse me as why some of the most lacking social skills people are adamant about working with the public.
