  1. The store is filthy. Everything is thrown about. Everything’s me I visit this store, my anxiety goes through the roof. My shopping experience is an adventure to day the least. Now that the Christmas holiday is upon us, why is there only 2 registers open? Come on now, you must do better. This is Absolutely ridiculous!

  2. Burlington is my favorite store. But this by far is the nastiest burlington I’ve ever been too. I’ve never been in a store all sizes are mixed together, stuff in all over the floor, no Associates are not cleaning this up, everyone is walking past clothes pushing them under racks inventory is a mess, this store needs to close down until someone can do something about it.

  3. I’m so mad right now!!!! It’s not even Christmas and I waited a hour in line because they only had one cashier. The manager came out from the back after the cashier needed her help with a transaction with a
Customer. The manager saw that this young man needed help in getting the line down but she went to the back on her merry way. When it was finally my turn to get checked out, I requested to speak with the manager. She came out and I asked her “didn’t you think your employee needed assistance”? She replied I have other duties in the back. In the back!!!!!! All the paying customers are in the checkout line, what’s more important than that? From where I’m from customer service is first. I kindly asked for corporate office number because clearly she knows nothing about customer service. The office was closed when I called them. I’ll try again in the morning but I don’t know if that will do any good talking to them, because I see that many on the reviews have a very similar experience and the issues is still going on. The cashier was very pleasant. Y’all don’t have to worry about this customer coming back.

  4. This place is a mess! From aisles not being clear to waiting over an hour in the line to checkout, it’s all a mess!! Managers do not care and to be exact one manager literally stood behind the counter and played with hangers all while a long line of people (past mens section) stood and waited to get checked out by the 2 cashiers that were working. It’s ridiculous and although the store may have some great deals, ownership needs to make their presence known and make some serious changes. It would be sad for someone to trip and fall from the merchandise that’s all over the floor and get hurt.

  5. Terrible place to shop. Looks like a hurricane just came through. Worst place in Fayetteville. Sooo unorganized. And worst parking because the parking is so narrow. People park every other parking because you don’t want to get hit by the car next to you.

A reasonably stocked store – shelves mostly tidied up. The staff was friendly. The merchandise was high quality and at a good price. The only issue I had was the very long lines. Still, the low prices were worth the wait.😀

The deals are great you can’t deny that but… 1. Only 2 fitting rooms for the whole store 2. While waiting in line there were 3-5 people intermittently up by cashier and only 1-2 would be cashiering. 3. One person cared more for the hangers than the customers. 4. The store is not organized and everything is everywhere. For a company that makes millions please offer your employees more than $9.50 starting and provide quality customer service and training. Thank you.

This store has alot of good finds, but 2, yes 2 cashiers could really use some serious training in customer service. Not to mention, I got yelled at by the cashier for shopping the rack directly in front of the check out. I was told to stay behind the red line until it was my turn. TOTALLY UNCALLED FOR. I won’t be returning to this store

this store was a complete disappointment at the check out line that i have ever experienced. the line was terribly long and knowing that i did still decide to try and wait. i do not consider myself a impatient individual but this was entirely over the top. there were about 25 customers in front of me and the line to check out was literally wrapped around all the way into the men’s section. there were only 2 cashiers up front, one male and one female. it looked like 1 customer was holding up the line as the male cashier was attempting to assist her. and i say attempt because he was not actively doing much but standing there and then while waiting for what i assume the manager, went to get trash bags and hangers. he started speaking on a walkie talkie and im thinking to myself whoever he is talking to needs to be up here helping on the register or at the very least trying to resolve whatever issue was going on with the one specific customer that was having an issue and holding up the line. so that way he could help others to check out. that didn’t happen. did see what looked like the manager at that time for one hot second then she left. the female cashier was doing the most work but then turned her light off that signaled she was open for customers and left her station. so then nobody was helping the 12 customers that were still in front of me. absolutely ridiculous. after waiting for what seemed like an eternity i finally decided to get out of the line, put my items down, and left that store. please send help to this location and please offer or provide guidance on how to properly deal with situations like this because it could have been done much better. i visited this store on 8/19/23 at about 1pm.

Cashier is great but she was the only one and when another customer went to find her help and asked the manager if she could help bc there was 11 customers in line the manager said she is the only cashier and to fill out the survey and as a manager she should of came and helped her. That’s poor management

My shopping experience was wonderful today since Tyrone was able to assist me. He was the only person working and he did not complain when I asked for his assistance! Stop by when you get a chance!

I was recently there with my family and was really disappointed. Everything is out of place, nothing is organized for instance if you are looking for a XL jacket in XL area you will find all other sizes but XL. I’ve also noticed people from loss prevention were following us everywhere while we were shopping which was very annoying because not everyone is a shoplifter. This place is also very dirty and it has the feel of a thrift store and the restroom is disgusting not clean at all.
